They are not only responsible for keeping your feet attached to the board but are paramount to giving your proper control on the water. There are two categories of bingings; closed toe and open toe. Closed toe bindings offer better performance and fit more like a boot, with these you will need to select your specific shoe size. Open toe are similar but will fit a wide variety of shoe sizes.
